Bath Central School Kindergarten Online Enrollment

Who: Any child who is a resident of the Bath Central School District and will be 5 years old by December 1st, 2022.

When: March 29th – September 1, 2022

Complete the Online Registration Form:

Provide copies of the following documents to the VEW Office either by mail or drop off:

Child’s Birth Certificate
Proof of Residency (2)
Physical Form
Custody papers 

(If your child is already enrolled in the Bath UPK program, please fill out the online form but you will not need to provide new copies of the above stated documents)
