The following staff members are currently teaching in the district via approved waiver through NYS Department of Education.

• Ed Wall, MS Technology.   Waiver for temporary employment under Section 211 of Retirement and Social Security Law and section 80-5.5 of Commissioner's Regulations has been approved for service in the Bath Central School District from July 30, 2020 to June 30, 2021.  Compensation package:  $55,868.00  (see link below for NYSED approval letter).
