Who: Any child who is resident of the Bath Central School District and will be 5 years old by Dec. 1, 2024.

Complete the Online Registration Form.
Provide copies of the following documents to the VEW Office either by mail or drop off:
Child’s Birth Certificate
Proof of Residency (2)
Physical Form
Immunization Records
Custody papers (if applicable)
Please note: If your child is currently enrolled in the VEW UPK Program, you still must register for Kindergarten.
